Key responsibilities: Join our U.S. Business Immigration team, managing and providing innovative solutions for clients. Utilize your legal expertise to address complex situations and offer strategic business advice.
Skills and attributes: Apply your in-depth knowledge of U.S. business immigration law, including PERM, NIV, and IV regulations, to effectively support clients. Handle high-volume non-immigrant, immigrant, and PERM applications. Manage client expectations, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless business travel across borders. Lead and supervise law clerks and client service team members. Contribute to implementing best practices in our US immigration practice.
Qualifications: JD degree and admission to a U.S. state bar. Basic knowledge of U.S. immigration preferred. Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills. Provide proactive and strategic business solutions aligned with client needs.
Additional skills: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. Proficient in multitasking and managing diverse projects. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
